Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to activate or deliver the service purchased.
  • A technical issue on our side prevents the service from functioning properly and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

No Refunds Will Be Issued If

  • You do not like the channel lineup or content selection.
  • You find another IPTV provider after purchasing our service.
  • You change your mind after activation.
  • You refuse to follow the troubleshooting steps provided by our support team.
  • Temporary buffering, freezing, or channel outages occur due to factors outside our control.

Refund Processing Time

  • PayPal and Cryptocurrency payments: Refunds are usually processed within 72 hours.
  • Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunds may take between 20 and 31 business days to appear on your account.
  • In some cases, depending on the payment processor or bank, refunds may take up to 90 days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
